My boys go through stages where they LOVE edamame. In the pod is even better because they can squeeze them out {and shoot them across the table at each other}.
The sushi is vegetarian. I didn't have all the right ingredients {vinegar powder}, so this is just short grain rice on seaweed with sliced fried egg, cucumber and avocado. The kids weren't sure. I LOVED them. :)
